NOTICE: The high cost testing conducted by Middleberg, Riddle & Gianna or MRG Document Technologies (in either event "MRG") is limited to laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations ("Laws and Regulations") in effect as of January 1, 2007 ("Effective Date") for the following jurisdictions: Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Cook County, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York State, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Providence, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont and Wisconsin ("Test States"). MRG does not test for Bridge loans or Initial Construction loans. In addition, MRG is not responsible for compliance with the Laws and Regulations other than determining whether a particular loan is a high cost loan and providing any notices or disclosures required by the Laws and Regulations to be included in a loan package prepared by MRG. MRG is not responsible for any incorrect high cost loan test results caused by incorrect data provided by the user.
